Referrer Rewards:

Rewards for Referrers:
Referrers can earn a $100 OFF with the purchase of $1,000. or more for every new referred friend who makes their first purchase. This offer is shareable for up to 3 months from the acceptance date. To qualify, the referred friend must be a new JWD customer, over 18 years old, and meet all reward conditions. Referrers do not need to be existing JWD customers and must be over 18 to share the offer.

Rewards accumulate, so multiple qualifying referrals yield multiple rewards, but with a cap: no more than 5 rewards in 24 hours, 25 in 12 months, or $2,500 in reward value annually. Each reward is directly attached to a purchase of $1,000. or more. Example: 25 rewards can be redeemed with (25) $1,000. or more purchases totaling $25,000. or more. Referrals exceeding 10 friends in 24 hours may not guarantee automatic rewards. Rewards are granted on the 31st day following the referred friend's purchase unless cancelled prior to. Referrers will receive email notifications when a referred friend makes a purchase and the reward is earned.

Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Codes cannot be applied retroactively or refunded if not used during checkout. Each code is single-use and cannot be combined with other discounts. JWD reserves the right to refuse any reward issuance and to change the offer at any time without notice.

Rewards for Referred Friends:

Rewards are revoked if the order is refunded. The reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral. Codes cannot be applied retroactively or refunded if not used during checkout. Each code is single-use and cannot be combined with other discounts. Limits on referral frequency and quantity apply, and rewards may not be given if exceeded.


JWD Full Terms and Conditions for referral program:

1. Terms and Conditions:
1.1 JWD offers users of merchants the opportunity to refer friends to try the merchant's services through the JWD Referral Program.
1.2 These terms apply to both referrers and referred friends. Participation implies agreement to these terms.
1.3 Users must agree to these terms to participate. Unauthorized participation is prohibited.
1.4 JWD reserves the right to amend these terms. New terms will be posted on our website and users' continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of these changes.

2. The Program:
2.1 Users can participate by visiting the JWD website or a merchant's referral link and following instructions to refer friends.
2.2 Referral methods may include name usage, personal referral links via social media, or email. The method is at JWD's discretion.

3. Referrals and Rewards:
3.1 Registration is required to make referrals.
3.2 Users receive rewards for each friend who accesses merchant services through their referral, subject to these terms.
3.3 Users can track referrals and rewards through their JWD account.
3.4 To qualify for rewards, referred friends must be new customers, make a purchase through the referral, and meet all criteria.
3.5 Only one reward per referred friend is allowed.
3.6 Subsequent purchases by referred friends do not yield additional rewards.
3.7 Rewards advertised at registration apply. Different users may receive different rewards.
3.8 Rewards may be discounts, vouchers, cash rebates, or other benefits, determined by the merchant.
3.9 Rewards are subject to these terms and any specific terms notified at registration.
3.10 Limits may apply to the number of rewards a user can earn.
3.11 Referred friends may also receive rewards, subject to the same conditions.
3.12 Canceled purchases void rewards for both referrers and referred friends.
3.13 Verification of referred friends may delay reward issuance.
3.14 JWD's decisions on referrals and rewards are final.
3.15 Rewards are non-transferable and forfeited upon termination of the Program or account cancellation.
3.16 Rewards can not be applied to items listed on "sale", "discounted", or part of any other existing promotion.

4. Merchants:
4.1 Rewards are redeemed with merchants per their terms and specific reward terms.
4.2 JWD is not responsible for providing merchant services.
4.3 Merchant terms apply to rewards and purchases. Users should review these terms.
4.4 JWD's obligation ends once the reward is provided.
4.5 Liability for merchant services lies with the merchant.

5. User Obligations:
5.1 Users must adhere to these and merchant terms, provide accurate information, and notify JWD of unauthorized account access.
5.2 Users must have the authority to enter this agreement and be at least 18 years old.

6. Personal Links:
6.1 Personal Links must be shared appropriately, with the consent of recipients.
6.2 Spam or bulk distribution of Personal Links is prohibited.
6.3 JWD may monitor content and block inappropriate use.
6.4 Users must comply with anti-spam laws and indemnify JWD for violations.

7. Termination and Suspension:
7.1 Accounts may be suspended for breaches of terms.
7.2 Circumvention of suspensions may lead to termination.
7.3 Accounts may be terminated for breaches, suspected breaches, or insolvency.
7.4 Termination ends access to services and unredeemed rewards.
7.5 Termination does not affect accrued rights or ongoing obligations.

8. Liability and Indemnity:
8.1 Users indemnify JWD for breaches, actions related to services, or the website.

9. Our Liability:
9.1 JWD is not liable for business losses, indirect losses, or dealings with merchants.
9.2 Liability is limited to the value of rewards or $100, whichever is greater.
9.3 Claims must be made within 12 months of the last reward received.
9.4 Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud is not excluded.
9.5 Liability exclusions are reasonable given the facilitation role of JWD.

10. Intellectual Property:
10.1 Website content is protected by IP rights owned or licensed by JWD.
10.2 Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes with copyright notices intact.
10.3 Customer suggestions become the property of JWD.

11. General:
11.1 Each party warrants the power to enter this agreement.
11.2 Agreement includes the privacy policy.
11.3 Notices must be served by recorded delivery, registered post, or email.
11.4 Third parties cannot enforce terms.
11.5 JWD may assign or sub-contract obligations.
11.6 Parties are released from obligations in cases of force majeure.
11.7 Agreement contains the entire agreement between parties.
11.8 Unlawful provisions are severed without affecting the remainder.
11.9 Delay or forbearance does not waive rights or remedies.
