Spinosaurus (meaning "spined reptile") is the largest carnivorous dinosaur to ever exist. This behemoth lived in present-day Morocco during the upper Albian to upper Turonian stages of the Cretaceous period, about 112 to 93.5 million years ago. This genuine fossil was unearthed in the Kem Kem formation, Sahara Desert, Morocco. The cube in the photo is approximately one centimeter.
